We conducted a detailed assessment of the impact on small businesses of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act. We compiled key findings regarding the likely effects of the legislation and made a series of recommendations to further assess and measure the impact of the policy.
Patent policy
We led a two-day conference in Colombia to bring together Latin American fund managers and limited partners to strengthen the region's PE/VC ecosystem. The conference also solicited feedback from attendees for public policymakers about ways the environment could be improved.
