operations manager

As the Operations Manager at Bella, Cassandra is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm to maximize the team’s efficiency and impact. Her efforts span human resources, finance, and information technology, among others. In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer, she also implements and oversees project management strategies and tools to manage the firm’s workflow. Her approach to this work is influenced by her previous positions in the non-profit sector where she dedicated her efforts to helping individuals realize and fulfill their potential.

We have to remember what’s important in life: friends, waffles, and work.

Prior to joining Bella, Cassandra worked as the Apprenticeship Program Specialist at Philadelphia Works, Inc., the largest Workforce Development Board in Pennsylvania. At Philadelphia Works, she oversaw apprenticeship expansion efforts in Southeast PA and carried out the work of over $3.6M in awarded grants to provide pathways to a career for those unable or uninterested in pursuing the college route.

Before her two-year hiatus in Philadelphia, Cassandra was the Public Service Manager at the Boston Bar Association where she planned and oversaw the membership association’s community and volunteer programming. One of these programs provided summer internship opportunities to high school students, which was the impetus for her decision to transition into workforce development when she moved to Philadelphia.

Outside of the office, you’ll find her out on a long walk around the city, taking the latest Peloton class, or playing with her cat, Hughie.
